Welcome to Grace Lutheran Preschool, where we are committed to providing a warm, safe, child-centered environment with a Christian-based curriculum.

Our School & Program

Grace Lutheran Preschool, founded in 2002, is based on the concept of learning through play, with emphasis on things young children can learn from structured activities.

The children spend their time in activities such as free play, story time, "Jesus Time," music, fun and fitness, and work on creative projects using crayons, paint and clay. Through these activities the children develop both fine and gross motor skills as well as social skills.

We also welcome numerous guests such as "Mr. Ed, The Science Guy," the Mohegan Fire Dept., and a local dentist. In addition, we take an annual field trip to the library.

Our Facilities

The classes are conducted in two brand new, fully equipped classrooms. Our large hall is used for games, music class, fun and fitness class and our "jumping castle."

Our Classes

Three year old classes meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Four year old classes meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. All classes are 9 to 11:45 AM.

Classes begin in September and run through June. Holidays, vacations and snow days reflect the Lakeland school calendar.
